Back at work, still alive. Yesterday I hid out all night in my room, from 8pm on. Didn't leave it at all until this morning. But now I'm back at work and ready to do stuff!!! Though it's really boring here. Doh! Sometimes I really miss working at the garden place, the landscapers were always so entertaining.

Dude, is Dido *ever* going to come out with a new CD? You hooked me on "No Angel" like two years ago, and it was already about a year old then, right? Want. New. Songs.

I understand the being-hermity thing....had a fever last night, so after coffee with Erin, I went home and hibernated (or tried to--had to wait for the shivering to stop).

You know, I've wondered about that myself. I've been wondering that for *years* really. I mean, seriously. I'm glad she became super popular a year after I saw her. I'm really glad that touring was so great for her, moving up into bigger and bigger venues, but like, really! She had 3 or 4 new songs when I saw her lo those several years ago! It's just not right!!!!

Huh. I missed her concert here (over a year ago!) because of severe lack of fundage. I wanted to go, but I couldn't spare the measly $15 at the time. Her show was at the big bar-venue here (the 9:30 Club--Celia and I saw Semisonic there, and I've seen Great Big Sea (twice) and Dar Williams and such there).

Someone needs to drag her to a studio and make her record. :-)
