I think that they should give reading comprehension refresher classes every so often at my work. Perhaps it would make my life easier. Perhaps I wouldn't have to repeat info to people who should already know it. Perhaps.

I wish they had zorbing in the US.

No amount of classes and/or instructions will overcome basic human stupidity and laziness.

Customers not knowing things that are in front of them I can accept. People are busy, or stupid, or lazy. But! I have a hard time believing the other managers in OUR DEPARTMENT can't read their own menus for pricing. That's all I'm saying.
