So I'm in the midst of my second day of working two jobs at the same time. It's a little bit weird. No, scratch that, it's a lot bit weird. I can't really jump completely into the new job because I still have to do the old one, so I'm partially working on two projects when I really should be involved in several. The old job doesn't actually take all that much, but it does take some attention paid. Both of the bosses are cool with everything and I'm keeping them both up-to-date on my whereabouts and all because... At this point I'm running between the 10th and 7th floor all day because on the 7th I have all my *stuff* and my computer, and voicemail and all. Meanwhile, on the 10th I have 2 cubes, one of which has a LAN connection (though no computer) and the other of which has a phone. Ideally eventually one cube will have both, I'll have a laptop, and life will be simpler. Then I'll be able to *either* be there or here.

But I don't think they'll let me bring my speakers and subwoofer up there, it's a much less private space than down here. That I will sorely miss.
