Party!!! and somebody gave me caffeine...

So. The latest home electronics victim in my household... My VCR is dead, long live the VCR. This kind of casts doubt on the Nightmare Before Christmas movie watching event I wanted to have next Saturday. Unless I manage to either find a DVD of it, a new VCR, or an alternate location. But we'll pretend all that will work fine and say that everyone should come by and watch! And roast marshmallows! Say around 5ish? We'll order food of some sort for pre-marshmallow goodness!!!

Oh, and a coworker decided to share a Mt. Dew with me. See, it's grape, and I'm a grape fiend. So I had to try! To be sure, half a bottle of Mt. Dew grape can't be a lot of caffeine, but given that I haven't really had any in months, I'm feeling pretty good and bouncy. Oh, and one of my boys at work brought me my favoritish appetizer. Life is good.

That's fab! And then you can be all, "The party can't start without me!" and it'd be a really funny line to say as you enter. Or not. I will examine the options and let you know. hee.

And what are you saying??? It's not like *I* break things. They just break! Like, on their own! And to be fair, the VCR is 10 years old. It had a good lifespan.
